Eserine on AHR-602 Effect

Abstract

|
In the isolated atria of the tortoise, AHR-602(N-benzyl-3-pyrrilidyl acetate methobromide) produced an inhibitory effect, which was prevented by minute dase of atropine. Eserine reversed the inhibitory effect of AHR-602 to the augmentatory one, which was not affected by atrpine.
